Internal rules

Here are the internal rules of Le Vallon Campsite in Bonnieux.
This regulation applies to each person on the campsite, whatever his or her quality.


The property is completely closed from October 15th to March 15th. It may not be derogated from in any way to this rule, no one being allowed to enter the premises. In season (March 15th to October 15th), the gate is open from 7 am to 10pm.

All information available can be found at the reception desk about the services, the possibilities of supply, the tourist attractions in and around and the different addresses that may be useful.


To be eligible to enter and settle on the campground, one must have the authorization of the office manager (or the operator).
The fact of staying on the ground of the campsite implies acceptance of its rules and the commitment to comply with them.
Any violation may result in the expulsion of its author with recourse of the law enforcement if necessary.


Any person wishing to stay at least one night in the campsite must previously submit to the office manager his identification, and complete the formalities required by the police. (According to the No. 75-410 of 20 May 1975 decree, only foreign campers are now subject to such formalities police).


Tents, caravans, motorhomes or any other equipment must be installed in the location specified by the operator.
Users must comply with the general aesthetics of the campground, including the pitch that should not be encumbered with any other facility or personal property other than the caravan or motorhome used in accordance with the regulations of outdoor accommodations.
Any vehicle with a dual axle is prohibited on the campsite.
Do not install a laundry line between trees; in case of emergency evacuation this represents a real danger.

6°- FEES

The fees are paid at reception. Their amount is determined according to the tariff displayed; these fees will add the tourist tax, calculated according to the number of nights spent on the campsite.
Campers are encouraged to prevent reception office of departure on the night before.
Campers intending to leave before the opening of reception should pay their fare the day before.


Campers are urged to avoid any noise that might disturb their neighbours.
Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and trunks of vehicles should be as unobtrusive as possible.
Dogs and other pets should never been left at liberty, they must be leashed within the camp. They should not be left in the camp, even locked in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible. Their masters are responsible for the cleanliness of their animals. Health cards are required.
Silence must be total between 10pm until 7am.


Visitors can be admitted into the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Those have to inform reception.


Inside the camp, vehicles must be driven at a speed limit of 10 km / hour and observe the signage of the campsite.
Traffic is prohibited between 10pm and 7am.
In the outdoor car park, users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their vehicles and equipment. We disclaim all responsibility in case of theft or burglary.
Can only circulate in the campsite vehicles belonging to campers staying in. Parking shall not impede traffic or prevent the installation of newcomers.
In high season, the vehicles must be parked on the plots of their users or at the entrance.
Visitors are required to park their vehicles outside the camp and report their arrival at the reception desk.


Campers are obliged to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp.
It is forbidden to throw dirty water on the floor or in the gutters.
Caravans and motorhome owners must empty their sewage into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Garbage, waste of any kind, or papers must be deposited in the campsite bins according to waste sorting.
It is forbidden to wash the cars inside the campsite.
It is forbidden to take water from fire hydrants and fire hoses, those being strictly reserved for this purpose and any other.
Washing is strictly forbidden except in the sinks provided for this purpose.
The drying of clothes will be done on the common dryer. However, it will be allowed until 10am near the shelters, provided it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. Trees should never be used for that purpose.
Plantations and flowers must be respected. It is forbidden to knock nails into trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. All buildings and improvements are prohibited unless expressly agreed by the manager.
It is also not allowed to delimit the pitch with personal means, or by digging. To allow the flow of rainwater during thunderstorms day, digging around the tents may be authorized by the manager.
Any damages to vegetation, fences, ground or any camp facilities will be the responsibility of the author.
Any pitch, of approximately 100 m², includes water, electricity and mains drainage. It is strictly forbidden for users to connect directly to the water pumps.
Any occupant wishing to connect to the running water must necessarily be equipped with a shutoff valve.
Electrical power input: 10 amps


Open fires, including barbecues (wood, coal) are strictly forbidden. Stoves (electric or gas) must be maintained in good operating condition.
Fire extinguishers are available. In case of fire, immediately notify the direction and consult the safety instructions displayed.
A first aid kit can be found at reception, as well as the phone numbers of various services.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts even if they are extinguished (small ashtrays will be available at reception).
Park your vehicle in the direction of the exit.

Direction is not responsible for items left at reception. Immediately report to the manager the presence in the campsite of anyone suspicious.
Campers are encouraged to take usual precautions for their material stored on the camp. Direction is not the depositary and the guardian of objects and materials in the camp.

12°- GAMES

No violent or disturbing games can be organized near the facilities. A playground outside the campsite is available for children under the sole responsibility of their parents.


Nothing can be left in the campsite. Storage is prohibited.


He is responsible for the order and smooth running of the camp. It has the duty to punish serious breaches of regulations and, if necessary, expel their authors.
A book or a special box for receiving complaints and remarks is available.
Claims will be considered only if they are signed and dated, as accurate as possible, related to recent developments.


Caravans must constantly keep their means of mobility, namely:
– Wheels fitted with tire
– Towing available
– Regulatory brake device and signage


It is forbidden to add fences delimiting the accommodations without written permission of the management. One side of the pitch must stay open to be able to get the caravan out in case of an emergency.


Each caravan can install a removable canvas canopy in front of the vehicle or on its side. Installing two is forbidden.
No development can be achieved on the site without the prior written permission of the camp manager.
Locations are not destined to industrial, commercial or craft activities, and business in general. Users will under no circumstances take up residence, establish their main residence: camping is only a leisure activity.

Article 12 of the 9th February 1968 Decree
“No one can enter a camping and caravanning site (…) and settle there without the permission of the manager or his agent.”
“No one can remain there if he does not comply to the rules.”
